Bring child’s toy to quilt meeting
RONAN – The Mission Valley Quilt Guild will have its next meeting on Dec. 1 at the Terrace Lake Community Church. It will be our Christmas potluck and will start at 5:30 p.m. We ask everyone to bring a $10 child’s toy, wrapped in fabric from your stash, plus four fat quarters also from your stash for the games we will be playing at the meeting. The toys will go to Toys for Tots but the fabric will be going home with you. Everyone is welcome. Please bring a salad or dessert for the potluck and your show and tell items. Horsemen to elect officers
RONAN — Mission Valley Back Country Horsemen will hold their monthly meeting on Dec. 1, 2015, at the VFW on Round Butte Road in Ronan at 7:30 p.m. We will have the election of officers for the upcoming year. The public is always welcome at our meetings.

RONAN — Ronan Library will hold classes for crochet on Thursday, Dec. 3.
Drop in any time between noon-6 p.m. A teacher will help you from 3:30-6 p.m. Feel free to bring your own crochet hooks and yarn if you wish.

Scrimmages to raise funds for BB teams
RONAN — The Ronan boys’ and girls’ basketball program presents its seventh annual orange and black scrimmages in conjunction with a fundraising dinner and silent auction. Come support the Ronan Chiefs and Maidens on Friday, Dec. 4, at the Ronan Event Center. All monies raised will help pay for meals when the Ronan teams travel. Dinner and silent auction begins at 5 p.m. Scrimmages begin at 6 p.m. For more information or to donate an item for the auction, contact Sandra Wirz, parent volunteer, at 406-203-2850.

RONAN – Christmas concerts at K. William Harvey Elementary will take place in the Ronan Performing Arts Center on Thursday, Dec. 10, at 9 a.m. for grade 1 and at 10:15 a.m. for grade 4.

Kuilix host party for Assisted Living
RONAN — The Kuilix chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will host a Christmas party for the residents of the St. Luke’s Assisted Living Center in Ronan at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12. Ukulele Jam will provide entertainment with festive holiday music. Refreshments will be provided.
