Ronan Roundup returns
RONAN — Each month, the Ronan Chamber works with a business to help promote them. This provides locals and visitors the chance to meet the business, the people who work there and the impact it has upon the community. The Garden of the Rockies Museum will host May’s Ronan Round Up event from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, May 10, at the Round Butte Gym Building, 518 Round Butte Road. Support Grizzly scholarships
RONAN — The Mission Mountain Chapter Grizzly Scholarship Association will hold their “Golf for the Griz Memorial Tournament” with an 11 a.m. shotgun start on May 18 at the Mission Mountain Golf Course. Golf fees, dinner and prizes are $80 per person for non-pass holders and $70 per person for pass holders. These prices do not include carts. Dinner served at 4 p.m. is $25 for dinner only. Even if you don’t golf, come socialize with coaches, athletic department representatives and fellow Griz fans. Learn about hearing health, financial help
RONAN — Did you know that one in three people at the age of 65 have some degree of hearing loss? At 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22, at the Ronan Senior Center, Kim Van De Riet from the Hearing Aid Institute and Dara from the Council on Aging will present an education program on hearing health and financial help programs. We will explain all aspects of your hearing. The Council on Aging know finances can be tight. Come and let us explain some of the different programs available that you may not know about.Please bring a canned good and support the Bread Basket. Bring all your questions and your sweet tooth as we will provide answers, pie and coffee.
