POLSON — Fall Mack Days will be held every Friday, Saturday and Sunday Oct. 4-Nov. 17.
Second annual hunter’s widow bazaar held at Elks
POLSON — The second annual hunter’s widow holiday bazaar will take place on Sunday, Nov. 17, at the Elks Lodge, 512 Main St., from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Get an early start on all of your holiday shopping needs. There will be all kinds of vendors showcasing their items in one convenient location. There will also be a potato bar and basket raffles.
Free admission and all proceeds for vendors’ table fees, the potato bar and basket raffles are going to Jordyn Kennedy’s family (recently diagnosed with cancer).

DAR plans holiday fundraiser, silent auction

Search for life on Mars
POLSON — Tim Olson, chairman of the Division of Sciences at Salish Kootenai College, will present “The Search for Past Habitable Environments on Mars” at the next Mission Mountain Audubon Society and Mission Valley Astronomy Club meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 19, at 7 p.m. in the Polson Library.
Stoneman to present Flathead River fishing observations

Annual Thanksgiving dinner needs helpers, donations
RONAN — The tenth annual Ronan Community Thanksgiving Dinner will be on Thursday, Nov. 28, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Ronan Community Center. Festivities for the day include entertainment and a traditional turkey dinner. Volunteers are needed to help serve, cook, buss and clean up. Turkeys, pies, and rolls, are also needed.
