Players present ‘Cheaper by the Dozen’

POLSON — All are welcome to join us at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 14, and Tuesday, Dec. 15, for the Mission Valley Christian Academy Christmas Program with kindergarten to eighth graders and a live Nativity. The live Nativity will be at 6:30 p.m. and then at 7 p.m. there will be a school-wide “Sing A Song of Christmas” program.

This free community event will take place from 2 to 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 14, in the Public Health Department’s conference room, at 801 Main Street. Pregnant moms and families with children under the age of 5 are welcome to attend this free program. Young Republicans to hold dinner, elections
POLSON — Calling all young Republicans and patriots to the annual Christmas dinner on Tuesday, Dec. 15 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. to elect officers and create volunteer teams. The meeting will be held at the Ridgewater Office Complex, 145 Southlake Crest in Polson. Dinner and social-time at 6:30 p.m. to be followed by electing new officers and teams to develop an advocacy plan for Lake County. Our goal is to support the election of conservative candidates in 2016 and to promote fiscal responsibility and protection of constitutional rights in public policy. Come and see our progress at The Nest, make holiday ornaments, and decorate cookies. Mission Valley Children’s Choir presents concert
RONAN — Mission Valley Children’s Choir will present its Christmas concert on Sunday, Dec. 20, at 3 p.m. at the Faith Lutheran Church on 406 Fifth Ave. SW in Ronan. The choir is directed by Cathy Gillhouse and Pastor Seth Nelson and accompanied by Robyn Carlson. The concert is free of charge and the public is cordially invited to attend. The choir, composed of second through fifth graders from Ronan, Pablo and Polson, will sing sacred and secular Christmas songs. Several choir members will sing vocal solos and vocal ensembles.
