Candlelight service planned
POLSON —New Life Church, 1414 Second Street W, has a candlelight service planned for Dec. 24, from 5:30-6:30 p.m. We hope you and your family will join us at 5:30 p.m. for a candlelight communion service celebrating the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Library closes for holiday observance

‘Night at the Museum’ series ends
POLSON — Miracle of America’s 4th Thursday, free “Night at the Museum” will end the series with its Christmas program on Dec. 27 at 6:30 p.m. A 30-minute Christmas special, starring Jimmy Stewart and the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, will be followed by a filmed-in-Montana movie, “Headin’ Home for the Holidays,” starring singer Amy Grant and Dennis Weaver. This movie lasts about 60 minutes. The movie was filmed in Glacier National Park and the Scriver Art Gallery in Browning. Treats and donations are welcome. POLSON — North Lake County Library will hold a “Tech Drop in for Assistance Day” on Thursday, Dec. 27, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Does a new device have you puzzled? Come in to the library and Heather will help you get more comfortable with your new device.

JOCKO — The St. John Berchman/Jocko Mission will hold a Mass on Sunday, Dec. 30, at 5 p.m. but there will be no Mass on New Year’s Day.

Join NW Accordion Association dance
POLSON —The Northwest Accordion Association Community Dance will be held on Jan. 6, 2019 from 2-5 p.m. at the Elks on Main St. There will be a variety of music you can listen or dance to. You do not have to be a member of the Elks or the Accordion Association. Remember, if you sing or play you don’t pay. Admission is $2 for members, $3 for non-members, and $5 to become a member of the association. Everyone is welcome, to play, sing, dance or just listen. Come and join us if you can.
