Mission Chamber sets up Easter egg hunt
ST. IGNATIUS — The St. Ignatius Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring its annual Easter Egg hunt on April 15 at the St. Ignatius School football field at 10 a.m. The Easter Bunny will be there to greet all the kids and get their pictures taken with him if they like. There will be prizes for the different age groups. The individual hunt ages are: newborn to three; four to six; seven to nine; and ten to twelve. Come and enjoy the day.
New location for Polson Easter egg hunt
POLSON — The annual Easter Egg Hunt hosted by Polson Beta Sigma Phi is Saturday, April 15, with a fire truck siren start at 9 a.m. We have a new location this year; it is at the Polson fairgrounds (across the bridge). Kids from zero-fourth grade can come collect eggs, check out the fire truck, and meet the Easter Bunny. The finder of the golden egg in each age group will win a special Easter basket. Search for Easter eggs in Dayton
DAYTON — On Saturday, April 15, Dayton’s Easter egg event starts at 11 a.m. at Dayton Park on C Street. Egg hunts, games, drawings, “pass the orange,” and “money in the straw” will take place for 2-3 hours depending on the weather and the number of children. There will also be a bonnet contest. The Easter Bunny will hand out plastic eggs.

POLSON — Good Shepherd Lutheran Church events for Easter Sunday begin bright and early April 16. The Confirmation and Youth Groups will serve a hearty breakfast at 8 a.m. There is no charge for the meal; however, donations will be gratefully accepted and directed to the ministry of Good Shepherd. The Easter Day service begins at 9 a.m. Holy Communion will be served. Canadian musicians entertain at PHS
POLSON — Everything Fitz is a family band featuring the high-energy fiddling and percussive step dancing of four of Canada’s finest young musicians. With roots in the Canadian old-time fiddle tradition and Ottawa Valley step dancing, their unique stage show combines a variety of musical styles-everything from traditional jigs and reels, bluegrass, jazz and swing standards, Celtic, gospel as well as novelty numbers and choreographed dance routines. View movie ‘Harry’s War’ at MOAM
POLSON — On April 27, at 6:30 p.m. Miracle of America’s Free Night at the Museum event will show the movie, “Harry’s War.” A postal worker quits his job to fight against the IRS who had unjustly treated his Aunt Beverly who owned a military surplus yard. Harry has to use a WWII halftrack (like the museum displays out front) to fight for justice. The museum displays some of the actual movie props. Come enjoy this “fourth Tuesday” event and enjoy a classic family movie with background discussion and a display tour of select items.
