Sandpiper begins new exhibit
POLSON — The Sandpiper Art and Gift Gallery, 306 Main Street, begins their new exhibit, “Where Were You Hiding?” This exhibit runs from Sept. 3-Oct. 12. This is a non-juried show, open to all artists. Artistic interpretation of the theme, in any medium, will be accepted. There is a small entry fee for non-Sandpiper member artists. Celebrate peace at potluck picnic

Cycle through the Mission Valley
MISSION VALLEY — The Mission Mountain Area Pedal to Plate event is a 40-mile cycling event to show off farms and promote eco-tourism in the Mission Valley on Sept. 22. Cyclists will take off at 10:30 a.m. from the Ronan Fairgrounds. The entry fee is $50, which includes tasty locally-sourced food at four farm stops and a barbecue with vendors and live music at the end of the ride at the Ronan Fairgrounds.
