RONAN — Our beloved Eloise passed onto the other side of the veil on Sept. 27, 2019, from a long battle with diabetic kidney disease. She was born on March 10, 1951, to Verda and Leonard “Leonel” E. Bell, and was raised on the Round Butte Ranch west of Ronan.   Eloise was a member of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes. She graduated from Ronan High School and continued her education at electronic trade school in Washington. She worked many years at S&K Electronics, SK College, SK Housing Authority, Jore Corporation, and various dude ranches.
