Judge Deborah Kim Christopher dealt with the following case July 1, 2010: Reesa N. Popoff , 40, Polson, pleaded not guilty to felony criminal endangerment and misdemeanor DUI. An omnibus hearing was set for Aug. 5 at 9 a.m. According to court records, the charges stem from a May 10 incident when a Montana Highway Patrol trooper responded to a two-vehicle crash in a parking lot near Polson. According to reports, a blue truck backed into a red Cadillac Escalade.
