Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Aug. 29-Sept. 4 :
Marshall O. Huber, pleaded not guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100 and $85 in court costs.
Lisa Marie Rooney, 43, forfeited a $150 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
Todd James Smith, 43, pleaded not guilty for driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was found guilty and fined $350 and $35 in court costs. Smith also pleaded not guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance. He was found guilty and fined $250 and $35 in court costs. Smith was also pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to register. He was fined $50 and fined $35 in court costs.
Brandon Michael Grande, 32, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding night limit of 65 mph.
Ken Rohner, 68, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a motorboat or vessel for towing without an observer.
The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit: Mark Edward Lane, 52; Louis Michael Gingerelli, 62; Theodore Alex Miller, 22.
Nancy Groene McGuyer, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
Bethany Manuel, 24, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to have a child under 6 years old and less than 60 pounds properly restrained.
The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph: Mark Thomas Klietz, 54; Nicholas Maldonado, 20; John Dominic Alonzo, 81; Wilbur Vansant J. Martin, 72; Elizabeth Anstine Wahlert, 52.
Catherine Elizabeth Emison, 60, forfeited a $75 bond for unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on highway.
David Lemont Jones, 51, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.
Gerald Lee Fahlgreen, 57, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.
The following individuals forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit: Frank Allan Frederick, 64; Kenneth Paul Mottram, 61.
Daniel Chance Blixt, 25, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. He was fined $350 and $35 in court costs. Blixt also pleaded guilty to failing to have a child under 6 yers of age and less than 60 pounds properly restrained. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.
