Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealt with the following cases Sept. 19-25:
Linden Lee Olson, 29, pleaded not guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense. He was found guilty and fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 178 days in jail with 6 months suspended, all but two days and two days credited for time served.
Colette Michelle Moore, 47, pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass to property. She was fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended. Moore also pleaded guilty to criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1500. She was fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.
The following individuals pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20: Kyle Wayne Moderie, 28, Everett Lynn Burton, 32; Noel Anthony Damon, 51; Mark William Fairchild, 52.
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Mona Bick, 47; Ronald A. Huck, 51; Dennis Misetich, 58; Toni Downey, 49; Anne Marie Gray, 62; Jon Grant Lincoln, 50; David Royeagle Houghton, 33; Walter Michael Wenklar V, 28.
Debra Lee Highfill, 61, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. She was fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 suspended.
James Robert Sister, 74, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for careless driving.
