Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Jan. 2-8, 2015:

Arnissa Joeen Austin, 52, pleaded not guilty to failing to have livestock inspected/change ownership/county line/market/possession/obtain MPC etc. She was found guilty and fined $100, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Kristine Marie Torgenrud, 26, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver's license. She was found guilty and fined $100, $35 in court costs and 180 days in jail with all suspended.

James Wightman, 22, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was fined $400, and $85 in court costs and 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Shane R. Leineke, 21, pleaded guilty to failing to obtain landowner permission for hunting. He was fined $135 and $35 in court costs.

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Kandi Leanne Davis, 45; Katherine Lee Schendel, 37; Jana Lynn Goe, 26; Douglas Stober, 62; Tiara Kay Duford, 16; Dorothy Waldo Kostecki, 74; Mitchell Patrick O’connor, 53.

The following individuals were found guilty for basic rule, reasonable and prudent: Aaron Charles Crow, 27; Logan Duane Potts, 19.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation: Kenneth Neal McAlpin, 51; Darin Wesley Hanken, 44; Ronald Kummerfeldt, 64; Sabrina Lee Montgomery, 22.

Darius Jaquay Williams, 19, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver's license he has never possessed. He was fined $200 and $35 in court costs.

Jarrod Ryan Mangum, 26, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing in no-passing zone.
