Judge James A. Manley dealt with the following cases Wednesday, Feb. 25:

Rocky Laurence, no age or hometown, was sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 15 years, all suspended, after having a prior sentence for partner/family member assault from 2008 revoked. The sentence will run concurrently with a sentence in Missoula.

Richard Frank Bleick, 45, Elmo, was sentenced to DOC for four years to be screened and considered for a treatment program after having a previously suspended sentence for criminal possession of dangerous drugs revoked. Another charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs was dismissed in the plea agreement.

Judge Deborah Kim Christopher dealt with the following cases Thursday, Feb. 26:

Willamena Billedeaux, 29, Elmo, for criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, was sentenced to 30 days in Lake County Jail or successfully complete treatment for chemical dependency. The remainder of her sentence was deferred for three years.

According to court documents, Billedeaux was arrested in November 2013 for public nuisance. A detention officer at tribal jail found a syringe containing methamphetamine and a spoon in her purse.

Shawn S. Field, 28, Ronan, pleaded not guilty to fraudulently obtaining dangerous drugs, a felony. An omnibus hearing is set for April 30 and a jury trial is set to begin June 8.

According to court documents, Field filled a prescription for Lortabs for her uncle on Aug. 6, 2014, but never delivered the pills to him. The uncle reported the medication as stolen on Aug. 12, 2014, and told officers that she had picked up and delivered his pills for him in the past, but he did not authorize her to pick up these drugs this time.

Reba Ann Hawkins, 27, Polson, pleaded not guilty to three counts of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, all felonies, and felony theft. An omnibus hearing is set for March 26 and a jury trial for May 11.

According to court documents, Hawkins was pulled over while driving in February 2013. A pill crusher was found in her vehicle with residue of three dangerous drugs: methadone, hydrocodone and diazepam. Then in September 2014, Hawkins was seen on videotape entering a store in St. Ignatius. After she left, employees noticed a tool trailer that had been parked outside the store was missing. Her vehicle was subject to a GPS tracking warrant issued in a previous theft case, and placed her vehicle at the store at that time. GPS data showed the truck drive up to a secluded location in the mountains southwest of Dixon and stayed there about an hour and 18 minutes. The trailer was later located in the same location by a Lake County Sheriff’s Deputy. Several tools were missing and the trailer door had heavy damage. Hawkins’ vehicle was located in Ronan later in the day. Several of the missing tools were in her vehicle.

The owner of the trailer reported $8,724 worth of tools stolen and there was $500 damage to the trailer.

Sheldon Mae Haynes, 25, Arlee pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony.

An omnibus hearing is set for April 30 and a jury trial for June 8.

According to court documents, on Jan. 27 Haynes was pulled over in the vehicle she was driving. She told the officer there was a locked box in her car. Inside were several syringes with residue tested to be methamphetamine, and one with a bloody residue. She said the box was not hers. Haynes is currently on probation for possession of dangerous drugs.

Marcus John Azure, 25, Ronan, in a change of plea admitted committing two felony counts of criminal possession of dangerous drugs. A third count of assault with a weapon was dismissed. The court found Azure guilty. Sentencing is set for April 9.

According to court documents, Azure was arrested in September 2013 in Ronan on an unrelated incident, and a plastic tube containing several methadone pills were found in his pocket. Then on December 2013 Azure was arrested and drug paraphernalia and residue was found in Azure’s possession.
