Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases for Feb. 13-19:
The following individuals were found guilty of operating with expired registration, failure to reregister: Heather Crawford Davies, 45; Dennis William Saloman, 47.
The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation: Michael L. Collins, 39; Dennis William Saloman, 47; Jesus Augustine Fimbres, 47; Steven Menchaca, 50; K. L. Earl, 74; Matthew Mark Johnson, 35; Katrina Marie Potter, 28; Patricia Nadine Winneberger, 68.
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Joshua Bo Shafer, 38; Mark Alan Johnston, 54; Eugene Adams Yates, 61; Sherene LC Ricci, 37; Matthew John Ellermann, 45.
Robert Douglas Rider, Jr., 44, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a vehicle whose gross laden weight exceeds GVW shown on owner certificate.
Dirk Robert Flynn, 29, pleaded guilty of criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $500 and $85 in court costs.
Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases for Feb. 20-26:
Jeffrey T. Bailey, 52, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was fined $100 and $35 in court costs. Bailey also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle-owner or operator, first offense. He was fined $150 and $35 in court costs.
The following individuals were found guilty to speeding: William Merrill Russell, 53; Chase Thomas Mcconnell, 29; Troy Dale Tracy, 25; Brian Patrick Devlin III, 30; Katelyn Grace Kammers, 21; Eli Mitchell Parker, 38; Lacey M. Kvam, 24; Trevor Lane Thompson, 43; Charles Luke Arnot, 29.
Brendon Robert Jones, 26, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. He was fined $85.
The following individuals forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister: Holly T. Pierce, 44; Gregory Michael Wallace, 57.
Daniel Gregory Edwards, 40, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on through highway.
The following individuals were fined for seatbelt violation: J. David Bennett, 68; Lisa Nichole Pate, 35; Ahmet Yildiz, 20; Barry Gwain Stidham, 66; Monte Leland Jennison, 51.
Duane Toren, 76, forfeited a $100 bond and $85 in court costs for criminal trespass to property.
