Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases for March 6-12:

Michael Allen Stocking, 34, pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense.  He was found guilty and fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

Brent Joseph Herried, 33, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. He was fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 8 days suspended. 

Jonathan Wayne Snyder, 35, pleaded not guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was found guilty and fined $100, and $35 in court costs.

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Brin Marie Merkley, 24; Annette Richie Rehbein, 50; Richard Joseph Beltran, 38; Erik Keith Johnson, 43; Phillip Lee Hogsett, 57; Matt Wolk, 41; Kailey L. Stroupe, 23; Andrew Joseph Ferlan, 28; Mark Lawrence Goeser, 54; Max Dylan McClung, 25; Randy Charles Vannoy, 54; Monte Lee Voss, 52; Lily D. Hunter; Brynn Lanai Slack, 18.

David Eugene Weible, 68, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Jordan Leigh Delgado, 22, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was fined $100, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Ryon Allen Hesselgesser, 25, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Dyna Beth Kuehnle, 60, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Trevor T. Scott, 23, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Karen D. Nesbitt, 60, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. She was fined $30 and $35 in court costs.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation: Desirae Nault, 20; and Gary Ronald Jystad, 81.

Gray Dee Platz, 34, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana, first offense. He was fined $200, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 6 days in jail with all suspended. Platz also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $200, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 6 days in jail with all suspended.
