Judge James A. Manley dealt with the following cases Wednesday, Aug. 12:

Jonathan Green, 27, Ronan, was sentenced to the Department of Corrections for three years, all suspended, after having his 2009 suspended sentence for felony burglary revoked.

Ashlee Marie Coyle, 28, Lolo, pleaded not guilty to criminal distribution of dangerous drugs, a felony. Coyle’s omnibus hearing is set for Oct. 21 and a jury trial is set to start Jan. 19, 2016.

According to court documents, at a Polson residence Nov. 5, 2013, Coyle allegedly sold 20 methadone pills to a confidential informant.

Laura Jean Hauner, pleaded not guilty to criminal distribution of dangerous drugs, a felony. An omnibus hearing is set for Sept. 16 with a jury trial for Dec. 14. 

According to court documents, at a Polson residence on Nov. 5, 2013, Hauner allegedly sold a baggie of methamphetamine for $50 to a confidential informant.

James Allen Wilson, 40, Polson, pleaded not guilty to aggravated assault, a felony. An omnibus hearing is set for Sept. 16 with a jury trial set to start Dec. 14. 

According to court documents, while in Lake County Jail July 21, Wilson argued with Todd Williams over what channel to watch on TV. Wilson then allegedly attacked Williams with his hands, elbows and feet, causing Williams to get a facial and nasal fracture. Williams was treated at a local hospital.

Tiffany Marie McCrea, 31, Pablo, in a change of plea admitted to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony. The court found her guilty and set sentencing for Sept. 23.

According to court documents, while on a house search March 27, a Lake County Sheriff’s Deputy found methamphetamine in McCrea’s purse. She stated she had been using meth for four or five months.

Matthew Manyhides, 27, Polson, in a change of plea admitted committing two felonies: driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony, and criminal possession of dangerous drugs. The court found Manyhides guilty of both offenses. A third charge was dismissed per the plea agreement. A court date for sentencing was not set but a status conference is set for Sept. 30.

Darcy Faye Faler, 33, Belgrade, in a change of plea admitted committing one count of felony criminal child endangerment. Sentencing is set for Sept. 30.

According to court documents, Faler was driving intoxicated with her blood alcohol concentration at .293 when she rolled her vehicle down a steep 20-foot embankment along Highway 83 with her four children inside. The children included a 2-month-old, 1-year-old twins and a 4-year-old. 

Cyle Ramsey Madgwick, 32, Polson, in a change of plea admitted to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony. The court found him guilty and sentencing is set for Sept. 30.

According to court documents, on May 30 Madgwick crashed his vehicle on Pablo West Road and then hid in a field because he was under the influence and had three prior DUI convictions.

Larry Robinson, 64, Arlee, in a change of plea admitted committing an amended offense of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony. The court found him guilty and set sentencing for Sept. 30.

According to court documents, on April 25 a search of Robinson’s marijuana-growing operation yielded 29 mature marijuana plants and 45 marijuana seedlings, plus a bag of marijuana plant material.

Because Robinson has a medical marijuana card for Montana, he is only allowed up to four mature plants and 12 seedlings. He also explained he provides marijuana to his friends.

Lynelle (Littlefield) Jensen, 48, Great Falls, had her 2004 suspended sentence for felony forgery revoked for violating conditions of parole. She was sentenced to DOC for five years.
