Judge Sharon Richardson dealt with the following cases 

Sept. 1-30:

Issac N. Jarvis, 26, pleaded not guilty to operating a vehicle, which has not been properly registered. He was found guilty. Jarvis pleaded not guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, second offense. He was found guilty. Jarvis pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty. Jarvis pleaded not guilty to unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on highway. He was found guilty and fined $85 and $35 in court costs with $35 suspended.

Katilin Mariah Farmer, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18), first offense. She was fined $110 and $85 in court costs.

The following individuals were found guilty of local speed violation: Tracy Sue Brennan, 33, fined $75; Jonna Lynn Davis, 29, fined $75; Oliver B. Brooks, 58, fined $50; Lawrence S. Hogenstad, 21, fined $50; Bernard Hurd, 74, fined $50; Kristine A. Roberts, 64, fined $50; Maximilano W. Garibay, 25, fined $50; Weston B. Howe, 28, fined $50; Michael D. Lindermon, 59, fined $50; John H. Bailey, 68, fined $50; Zachary J. Buxton, 20, $50; Ted L. Shockley, 65, fined $50; James H. Brooke, 77, fined $50; Brian J. Rairick, 64, fined $50; James Clarence King, 69, fined $100; Debra Jayne Duerksen, 46, fined $100; Margaret Jean Beaulieu, 59, fined $50; Darrin J. Reisinger, 28, fined $50; Theresa Pattara, 42, fined $50; Melinda J. Johnson, 36, fined $50; Robert B. Timothy John Foley III, 26, pleaded guilty to local speed violation and was fined $75. Foley pleaded not guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250 and $35 in court costs. Foley also pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $200 and $35 in court costs.

Angie Chrisman, 46, forfeited a $50 bond for dogs running at large. 

Thomas Allen Burt, 62, pleaded guilty to local speed violation. He was fined $75. Burt also pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. He was fined $600, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 12 months in jail with 11 months, 24 days suspended. Burt also pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle on highway. He was fined $85.
