Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Oct. 2-8:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Patrick Emmett Murray, 61, fined $65; Joseph A. Beradinelli, 25, fined $55; Danielle Marie McLinden, 33, fined $65; Courtnee Shae Gunlock, 38, fined $95; Michael R. Downing, 36, fined $95; Justin Carl Lind, 29, fined $65; Lori Crosby Robinson, 47, fined $65; Annette Marie Schiele, 41, fined $40; Jordan William Bridwell, 21, fined $20.

Kyle Hook, 21, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle, which has not been properly registered. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Ronald Lewis Clapper, 56; Kevin S. Kerr, 55.

Rebecca Ruth Coffman, 39, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was fined $485 with $435 suspended and fined $35 in court costs and 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Steve M. Hughes, 73, pleaded guilty to public nuisance. He was fined $70. Hughes also pleaded guilty to a second charge of public nuisance. He was fined $70.

Gweneviere Elon Sorenson, 34, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was fined $500 with $400 suspended and fined $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended if she obeys all laws.

Robert Michael Loomis, 28, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

Kelley Ann Kaczocowski, 37, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to obey red (stop) traffic signal.
