Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases May 20-June 2:

James Michael Downs, 24, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Sarah Brandi Bartel, 32, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for driving with a valid driver’s license.

Camas Wyn Garnett, 20, forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for operating a vehicle which has not been properly registered. Garnett also forfeited a $350 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense.

Michael J. Drake, 44, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, second offense. He was fined $500 with $150 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail with 2 days suspended.

Clemente Junior Casablanca, 51, pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20. Casablanca also pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Shirley K. Pablo, 50, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.

George Bennett Evans, 48, pleaded guilty to the amended offense of disorderly conduct. He was charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Ronald James Hall, 53, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Ronald James Hall, pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. He was found guilty and fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Kurtis William Snell, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. He was found guilty and fined $200 and $35 in court costs.

Joseph John Dowdall, 55, pleaded not guilty to the amended offense of partner or family member assault, causing bodilyinjury to partner or family member. He was found guilty and fined $1000 with $500 suspended, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended and given 90 days home time.

Tanya Christine Phillips, 30, pleaded not guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $250 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 2 days suspended. She may do 6 days of house arrest in lieu of confinement.

Michael Allen Stocking, 36, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 9 days suspended and credited for 1 day.

James Herman Linerud, 70, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $100, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Brittney Nicole Devlin, 28, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of disorderly conduct. She was found guilty and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Phyllis M. Prescott, 52, forfeited a $70 bond and $35 in court costs for violation in construction zone.

Teddy Paul Allestad, 28, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation. Allestad also forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

Lynette Marie Rice, 52, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

Adam Ray Schwarz, 34, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Mathew Jon Dechambeau, 42, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was fined $50 and $85 in court costs. Dechambeau also pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to property. He was fined $100 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail with 2 days suspended.

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Christine Lynn Glines, 44, fined $85; Serg Kanyushkin, 41, fined $55; Gregory K. Carter, 35, fined $85; Radu Lucian Gheorghita, 41, fined $85; Richard John Stone, 27, fined $20; Tana L. Anthony, 52, fined $95; Andrew Macintosh Hanson, 38, fined $95; Darrell Ward Cain, 59, fined $20; Stephanie Ann Morton, 30, fined $70; Raymundo Hernandez-Zavala, 35; Gene Lee Dally, 45, fined $65; Alejandro Segura, 19, fined $95; Jaklyn Dean Wilson, 27, fined $95; Kassie Dawn Fisher, 23, fined $65; Gary B. Kimmet, 64, fined $55; Michael B. DuFreno, 56, fined $95; Robert Francis Searle, 63, fined $95.

The following individuals were fined $20 for seatbelt violation: Tracy Allen Christensen, 37; Donald Eugene Adams, 59; Christine Lynn Glines, 44; Brady Benjamin Shipley, 18; Andrew Joe Schmidt, 23; Christopher Martin Essmyer, 60; Daniel Myron Vogel, 56; Chad Michael Westphal, 36; Michael Alan Booth, 25; Leroy Dennis Morin, 79.
