Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases July 15-21:

Ronald John Parker, 47, pleaded not guilty to assault. He was found guilty and fined $200, charged $250 in restitution, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 173 days suspended and credited with 1 day.

Elijah John Westbrook, 20, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $100 and $35 in court fees and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Emilee Annplocinski Winegar, 24, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. She was found guilty and fined $200, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Tomas Heredia Jr., 21, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was fined $350, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail with 2 days suspended.

Dale Iverson, 62, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited spaces.

Corby F. Guse, 47, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited spaces.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Sarrena Ammen, 22; Marlene A. Jackson, 58; Crystal Alane Kingston, 60; Robert Louis Behner, 56; Frederick Paul Dalke, 47; Cassidy Marion Ennenga, 19; Gary Edward Wilson, 58; Zane Aaronmenicucci Foster, 23; David Allen Horner, 46; John Alfrey Lemon, 54.

Guy Dean Louis, 34; forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. Louis also forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation.

Drake Lavern Pruitt, 18, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over the age of 18), first offense. He was fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

Kody Keenan, 19, pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over the age of 18), second offense. He was fined $200 and $35 in court costs.

Gene Kyle Holm, 57, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating without over-dimensional (size) permit.

Gregory A. Malone, 69, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failure to stop at invasive species management area check station.

Thomas Andrew Rafa, 64, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 court costs for improper passing in no-passing zone.

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Jimmie Lee Arrington, Jr., 52, fined $135; Lydia R. Major, 41, fined $135; Tamara Jo Birdsbill, 46, fined $20; Petr P. Nikolaychuk, 19, fined $55; Kenneth Leroy Langel, 69; fined $85; Mohammed Boutkarit, 32, fined $20; Andrea Wilson, 41, fined $55; Paige M. Knight, 38, fined $95; Christopher A. Miller, 22, fined $55.

Avni Huesan Tuemer, 56, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. He was fined $4000 with $2800 suspended and he was charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 171 days suspended.

Elijah John Westbrook, 20, pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $250 and $35 in court costs. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
