Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases July 22-28:
The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Brandon Charles Penrose, 28, fined $85; Joi-Ann Bartlett, 38, fined $95; Maximiliano Benitez, 21, fined $55; Richard Daniel Goulahm, 62, fined $55; Kevin James Mccabe, 58, fined $20.
The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and forfeited a $20 bond: David C. Olson, 52; Rose Ann Knott, 54; Dale Leroy Shaw, 58; Ryan Joseph Talsma, 18; Mac Joseph Wied, 37; Michael Lee Higgins, 47; Robert Eric Nabors Sr., 51; Timothy W. Goossen, 41.
Leonard Philip Dubuque, 74, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on through highway.
Joyce Jordan Kimmons, 66, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in cort costs for careless driving.
Cory G. Bliss, 46, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court charges for improper passing, highway ahead obstructed.
Patrick Carl Lippert, 37, forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense.
Herman Joseph Dieckmann, 62, pleaded guilty to intoxicated pedestrian walking or standing on roadway or shoulder. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.
Gary Alan Huber, 56, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was fined $600, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
Jeffrey Guy Lavoie, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $100, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
Raymond Louis Sharbono Dalke Jr., 26, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was fined $600, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
Terrence Stephen Parisien, 64, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for careless driving.
William B. Cummins, 77, pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.
