Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Aug. 5-18:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Christopher James Crame, 29, fined $155; Scott Alan Mann, 35, fined $120; Robert John Gallagher, 31, fined $20; Jason Pharr Barbee, 33, fined $20; Christopher John Ellingson, 57, fined $95; Travis Blake McWilliams, 21, fined $95; Brittany Kd Maclean-Kassenlder, 46, fined $55; Machaela Daniela Roberts, 18, fined $105; Faith Meusey, 36, fined $70; Margaret Ann Morris, 62, fined $20; Mark Edward Mance, 48, fined $85; Sebastian Anthony M. Jones, 20, fined $70; Cari S. Rosenbaum, 43, fined $85; Samuel Dean Allred, 34, fined $20.

Steven Gerard Nys, 56, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing in no-passing zone. Nys also forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for second improper passing in no-passing zone.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Gerald Frank Ouellete, 67; Wyatt Michael Deering, 22; Christopher N. Marengo, 39; Zachary Emmanuel Mohler, 25; Codey L. McKee-Asbury, 23; Rochelle L. Selfors, 27; Robin Craig Bunker, 55; Jerry Lynn Walton, 64; Wayne Michael Markus, 21; Macklin Brett Woods, 18; Jacob Thomas Anderson, 27; Kent Thomas Luetzen, 24; Rocky Nathaniel Taft, 22.

Rodney Ervin Roberts, 42, pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20. Roberts also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs.

Brian Patrick Posivio, 44, forfeited a $100 bond and $85 in court costs for disorderly conduct.

Mark Wesley Shackelford, 34, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no passing zone.

Burke F. Tilton, 18, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs. Tilton also pleaded guilty to stop sign violation. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs. Tilton also pleaded guilty to possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over the age of 18), first offense. He was fined $100 and $85 in court costs.

Ranae Dupas, 42, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to stop at invasive species management area check station.

Catherine Janusz, 56, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to stop at invasive species management area check station.

William Russi Weaver, 77, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to stop at invasive species management area check station.

Keio Dee Salmonson, 25, pleaded guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. He was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs. Salmonson also pleaded guilty of operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Dean A. Sauter, 59, pleaded not guilty to the amended plea of reckless driving, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs, and sentenced to 90 day in jail with 90 days suspended.

Angela Lyn Whitlow, 45, pleaded not guilty to the amended charged of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $250, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Mandy Marie Turpin, 38, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. She was found guilty and fined $1200, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 358 days suspended.

Kevin John Pederson, 38, forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for driving on a closed trail on state land.

Sereina Eunice Arroyo, 18, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver's license. She was fined $300 and $35 in court costs.

Bret Taylor, 56, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs. Taylor also pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver's license. He was fined $35 in court costs.

Elliott James Parker, 23, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, third and subsequent offense. He was fined $500, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.

Jamie C. Stroop, 39, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $200, charged $35 in court costs and sentence to 6 days in jail with 4 days suspended. Stroop also pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20.

Ralph David Johnson, 70, pleaded guilt to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $100 and charged $85 in court costs.

David Allen McClure, 40, pleaded not guilty to partner or family member assault, causing bodily injury to partner or family member. He was found guilty and fined $1000 with $700 suspended and charged $85 in court costs, and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 358 days suspended and credited with 7 days.

Jennah Lynn Sigfried, 26, was found guilty of driving under the influence, first offense. She was fined $2000 with $800 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 358 days suspended.

David Allen McClure, 40, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. McClure also pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was fined $300 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

Emily Susan Esch, 62, pleaded not guilty to the amended chare of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was fined $1000 with $400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs.

Sean Patrick Forget, 31, pleaded not guilty to partner family member assault, causing reasonable apprehension of bodily injury in partner or family member, second offense. Forget was found guilty and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended (6 months suspended on count 2). Forget also pleaded not guilty to destruction/tampering of communication device to obstruct/prevent/interfere with criminal offense report. Forget was charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended (6 months all suspended on count 2).

William Ray Shook, 58, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. He was found guilty and fined $1200, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 358 days in jail, credited 7 days.

James C. Murray, 45, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to stop at invasive species management area check station.

Loralee Sand Graves, 52, pleaded guilty to vicious dog control, licensed or unlicensed. She was fined $100 and $35 in court costs.

Edward Andrew Fitzpatrick, 22, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for failure to pay GVW fees.

Kenneth D. Jennings, 27, forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation. Jennings also forfeited a $250 bond for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

Justine Elaine Morigeau, 26, forfeited a $250 bond and $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. Morigeau also forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation.

Caleb L. Dotson, 19, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failure to stop at invasive species management area check station.

The following individuals were found guilty of parking in prohibited spaces and were fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs: Vonda Lea McGarvey, 53; Vince Michael Cianciolo, 50; Margaret Henderson, 52.

Joshua Carothers, 24, forfeited a $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited spaces.

Flad Voicu, 36, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for violation of DFWP rules and regulations.

Stafford Lee Bennett, 61, forfeited a $75 fine and $35 in court costs for exceeding 34,000 pounds tandem axle weight limit.

Robert E. Burgan, 76, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failure to stop at invasive species management area check station.
