Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Aug. 19-25:
Levi Lawrence Hoerner, 39, was fined $70 for speeding on non-Interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.
The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Joshua Ty Richards, 41; Charles Webb, 41; Augustus Treven Therriault, 21; Tonya Lynn Appelt, 43; Cheryl C. Cross, 62; Zachery Verne Bates, 18.
Ryan Thomas Little, 43, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for exceeding the 75-foot maximum length for combinations of vehicles.
Phillip Wayne Williams, 41, forfeited a $125 fine and $35 in court costs for exceeding 20,000-pounds single axle weight limit. Williams also forfeited a $200 fine and $35 in court costs for driving without a valid driver's license.
Austin James Oja, 37, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for insufficient personal flotation devices.
Deborah Renee Hood, forfeited a $35 court cost for operating with expired registration, failing to reregister.
Ryan Andra, 34, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court cost for failing to stop at invasive species management area check station.
Lance Thomas Clark Blevins, 20, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was fined $250 and charged $35 in court costs.
Sandra Mccollam, 66, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited spaces.
Bree J. Elliott, 35, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for violation of commission or department orders or rules.
Sean Michael Milliron, 33, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for violation of commission or department orders or rules.
Randall L. Yearout, 62, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for violation of commission or department orders or rules.
Twila Dawn Azure, 55, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver's license. She was found guilty and fined $500 with $400 suspended and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
Zackary Lynn Kuhnhenn, 27, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was fined $1000, with $400 suspended and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
