Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Aug. 26-Sept. 1:

Toney August Schomer, 46, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250, $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

Riley James Neilson, 21, pleaded guilty to failing to give approaching vehicle half of roadway. She was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Amelia Marietta North, 19, pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20. North also pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs.

Michael F. Dunn, 51, forfeited a $50 bond and charged $35 in court costs for ROW violation, failing to yield to approaching traffic (immediate hazard), when making a left turn.

Melissa Anne Simula, 24, forfeited a $50 bond and charged $35 in court costs for violation of DFWP rules and regulations.

Shane Justin Brown, 39, forfeited a $50 bond and was charged $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. Brown also forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

Daniel James Digiallonardo, 18, forfeited a $50 fine and was charged $35 in court costs for ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on through highway.

Ryan Nelson Kitch, 20, forfeited $20 for seatbelt violation. Kitch also forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Harrison Jerold McGillen, 20, forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense.

Barry Steven Smith, 64, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no-passing zone.

Razzmun Walhood, 21, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $200 and charged $35 in court costs.
