Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Sept. 23-29:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Heidi Ann Peltier, 43, fined $40; Malissa Lanett Hickson, 43, fined $70; Tonya Y. Jore, 51, fined $70; Katrina Amanda Marie Joseph, 35, fined $70; Penelope Ann Daniels, 53, fined $20; Jamie Kathleen Olson, 20, fined $20; Ronna Sager Walchuk, 64, fined $70; Justin J. Jones, 25, fined $105; Diane Pauline Aguilar, 61, fined $20; Stephen Andrew Kreitner, 50, fined $20; Wendy Sue Hagen, 52, fined $20.

Houston Charles Purser, 26, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $600, charged $85 in court costs, and sentenced to 6 months in jail with 6 months suspended.

Chance Lewis Hulett, 26, pleaded not guilty to false reports to law enforcement authorities (to implicate another, false incident etc.). He was found guilty and fined $100, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 6 months in jail with 6 months suspended. Hulett also pleaded not guilty to leaving the scene of an accident resulting in property damage over $1000 without permission from law enforcement. He was found guilty and fined $100, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended. Hulett also pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $20, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Eric Don Neumeister, 27, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $200, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

James August Fleischhauer, 50, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s icense. He was found guilty and fined $100, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 6 months in jail with 6 months suspended.

Kenneth James Edmo, 32, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $600 and charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended.

Linda Jo Mitchell, 52, pleaded not guilty to operating with alcohol concentration of 0.8 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $1200, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended.

William Spencer Hart, 63, pleaded not guilty to failing to give notice of accident by quickest means with apparent damage over $1000, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $100, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended.

Thomas J. Strange, 41, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failure to stop at invasive species management area check station.

Dakotah Shaun Jenson, 23, forfeited a $250 fine and $35 in court costs for operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense.

Tyler Nathaniel Crockett, 31, forfeited a $175 fine and $35 in court costs for exceeding 34,000 pounds tandem axle weight limit.

Peter Maughan Bowman, 28, forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation. Talon Ray Fortin, 21, pleaded guilty to operating without liability insurance in effect, second offense. Fortin also forfeited a $20 fine for speeding.

Bruce Alan Mcintosh, 55, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Andy Lin Arthur, 59, forfeited a $5 fine and $35 in court costs for operating or passenger on MC/Quad without helmet - under 18 years of age.

Kenneth D. Jennings, 27, forfeited a $20 fine for seatbelt violation.

Alan Drew Harriman, 58, forfeited a $75 fine and $35 in court costs for exceeding 20,000 pounds single axle weight limit.

Michael John Jr. Desrosier, 25, pleaded guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was fined $500 with $400 suspended, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail with 2 days suspended.

Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Sept. 30-Oct. 6:

Cammie Lynn Dupuis, 20, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. She was found guilty and fined $100 and charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Dupuis also pleaded not guilty to operating with expired registration, failure to reregister. She was found guilty and fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Johnathan Arden Kirkland, 23, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $100 and fined $35. Kirkland also pleaded not guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, third or subsequent offense. He was fined $350, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 7 days suspended and sentenced to 18 days of home time.

Rodney Allen Thompkin, 56, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $600, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended and 1 day credited.

Steven G. Oetken, 62, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to stop at invasive species management area check station.

Becky L. Spain, 43, forfeited a $50 fine for parking in prohibited spaces.

Michael Bryan Lenz, 37, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Terrance C. Hudson, 66, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for purposely attracting ungulates, bears, or lions with feed attractants.

Tanner Eugene Fletcher, 18, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was fined $250, $85 in court costs and sentenced to 2 days in jail with 2 days suspended. Fletcher also pleaded guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $150 and $85 in court costs.

Darren Joseph Herald, 47, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for improper passing, in no-passing zone.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Kayla Liegh Moll, 23; Lynn C. Birthmark, 25; Andrew Daniel Teigen, 21; Kumari Young Cash, 26.

Kacy Renee Anderson, 47, forfeited a $250 bon and $35 in court costs for failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense.

Kristopher Lee Culdice, 35, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to register.

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Juan F. Giron, 56, fined $75; Rande Dean Walton, 58, fined $20; Rachel Elizabeth Doran, 26, fined $55.
