Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases Dec. 23-Jan.5:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Crystal Lynn Christoferson, 30, fined $85; Linda Monten Anderson, 66, fined $20; Shondra Michelle Brost, 19, fined $85; Tiffany E. Woldstad, 24, fined $40; Jeffery Neal King Jr., 33, fined $70; Crystal Lynn Sampson, 41, fined $20; Wesley Ray Johnson, 60, fined $120.

The following individuals were found guilty of seatbelt violation and fined $20: Drew W. Carruth, 21; Lynn C. Birthmark, 25; John Michael Erickson, Jr., 49; Dillon Terry Linderman, 18; Justin Michael Harper, 35; Lorraine May Morton, 27.

Cody Lynn Miller, 28, pleaded guilty to owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense. He was fined $550 with $300 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Ray Allen Stanford, 23, pleaded guilty of operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $550 with $300 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Lauren Janae Crose, 18, pleaded guilty to careless driving. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Caroline Victoria Austill, 52, pleaded guilt to licensee, or employee, selling an alcoholic beverage to a person intoxicated or under age 21. She was fined $550 with $300 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Kristy M. Russell, 32, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to have a child 6 years old and less than 60 pounds properly restrained.

Douglas Keiser, 30, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for parking in prohibited spaces.

Angel D. Duartecastillo, 35, forfeited a $100 bond and $35 in court costs for no log book in possession.

Jed Wantaja, 19, pleaded guilty to seatbelt violation and was fined $20. Wantaja also pleaded guilty to careless driving and was fined $150 with $100 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Marilyn Gail Trenfield, 65, pleaded guilty to careless driving. No fines listed.

Lorraine May Morton, 27, pleaded guilty to basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense. She was fined $85.

Rick Aubrey Fenter, 51, pleaded guilty to turning when unsafe to do so. He was fined $150 with $100 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Janice Michelle Marshall, 35, pleaded guilty to licensee or employee selling an alcoholic beverageto a person intoxicated or under age of 21. She was fined $500 with $250 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Kristin Renee Zelonish- Edwards, 29, pleaded guilty to licensee or employee selling an alcoholic beverage to a person intoxicated or under age of 21. She was fined $500 with $300 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.

Steven Douglas Raymond, 28, pleaded guilty to licensee or employee selling an alcoholic beverage to a person intoxicated or under age of 21. He was fined $500 with $300 suspended and charged $35 in court costs.
