POLSON — It's better to be healthy than wise; getting sick can be expensive but you can be stupid for free. Falling and injuring my knee wasn’t the brightest thing I ever did but I can take some solace knowing I’m helping my doctor make his yacht payments. And speaking of being healthy, a Health Care Choice representative will be here on Thursday, May 18, at 12:30 p.m., and again on June 1, 15, and 29. Commodities will be sorted and distributed on Tuesday, May 16. You can pick them up after 1 p.m. Bridge results for Tuesday, May 2: Doris Gorsuch was first and Roxie Brown was second.
The lunch menu for the coming week:
— Thursday, 11: pork cutlets, rice and gravy
— Friday, May 12: barbecue ribs, baked potato
— Monday, May 15: taco soup, corn bread
— Tuesday, May 16: beef tip gravy, noodles
— Wednesday, May 17: baked chicken, rice and gravy
All meals include vegetables and a dessert.
Lunch is served from 11:45 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
