Justice of the Peace Randal L. Owens dealt with the following cases July 14-Aug. 10:

The following individuals were found guilty of speeding: Timothy Craig Averett, 38, fined $55; Ambus J. Handock, 39, fined $85; Amanda Courtney Thomas, 36, fined $55; William Hans Lloyd, 59, fined $20; Xiaoyu Su, 26, fined $20; Elizabeth Marie Kitterman, 32, fined $85; Jonathan Brook Schaefer, 43, fined $55; Eveline Viki Selanders, 67, fined $105; Aaron Langsea, 41, fined $85; Mychae Jo Dix, 25, fined $70; Donald G. Wolff, 54, fined $65; Susan J. Duncan, 66, fined $65; Catherine Mary Staunton, 63, fined $70, Conrad Robert Todd, 23, fined $55; Alyssa Levitan, 55, fined $105; Janet Elaine Grignon, 71, fined $20.

Richard A. Hill, 45, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. He was found guilty and fined $200, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Seth Nicholas Harpst, 33, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, second offense. He was fined $1200, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 360 days suspended. His driver’s license was suspended for 12 months.

Michael A. Castillo, 35, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct. He was found guilty and fined $50 and charged $85 in court costs.

Anthony Shay Golden, 27, pleaded guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was charged $35 in court costs.

Haley Lauren Macduff, 23, forfeited an $85 court charge for basic rule, reasonable and prudent, first offense.

Charles Hammerberg, 86, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Patrick David Dellwo, 28, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. He was found guilty and fined $1200, charged $85 in court costs, sentenced to 365 days in jail with 358 days suspended and his driver’s license was suspended for 12 months.

Jineva Carol Jackson, 30, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense. She was fined $1200, charged $85 in court costs, sentenced to 365 days in jail with 358 days suspended and her driver’s license was suspended for 12 months.

Meghan Ashley Tyler, 30, pleaded guilty to ROW violation, failing to yield to vehicle on through highway. She was fined $50 and charged $35 in court costs.

Daniel William Harkalis, 59, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to follow the conditions and requirements of special permit.

Brant William Smith, 47, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to stop at Invasive Species Management Area Check Station.

Kevin Jay Carr, 57, forfeited a $150 fine and $35 in court costs for operating in a reckless or negligent manner.

Rickie Leon Gembala, 58, forfeited a $175 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to use/extend retractable axle when weight exceeds legal max for fixed axles.

Chris L. Lowry, 48, forfeited a $275 fine and $35 in court costs for exceeding 34,000-pound tandem axle weight limit.

Leroy Michael Charles, 40, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order, first offense. He was fined $100, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Cheryl Ann Woolsey, 61, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was fined $600, charged $85 in court costs, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended and had her driver’s license suspended for 180 days.

Kendal John Dunkerson, 26, pleaded not guilty to theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense. He was found guilty and find $500, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Ray Lamont Garrin, 33, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, second offense. He was fined $1200, charged $85 in court costs, sentenced to 365 days in jail with 360 days suspended and his driver’s license was suspended for six months.

Samantha Alexandria Clark, 30, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $200, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

Chris Wilcox Avery II, 48, pleaded guilty to speeding and was fined $70 and charged $35 in court costs. Avery also pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, first offense. He was fined $600, charged $85 in court costs, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended and his driver’s license was suspended for six months.

Stacey L. Walter, 22, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol. He was fined $600, charged $85 in court costs, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended, and his driver’s license was suspended for six months.

Kayla Liegh Moll, 24, forfeited a $30 fine and $35 in court costs for failing to have child under 6 years old and less than 60 pounds properly restrained.

Lars Lonny Oja, 22, forfeited a $100 fine and $35 in court costs for fishing without a license as stated by law or department.

Randall Eugene Stoker, Jr., 23, pleaded guilty to criminal possession of dangerous drugs, marijuana (60 grams or less), first offense. He was fined $250 and charged $85 in court costs.

Riley D. Burke, 31, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $100, charged $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

Valerie Jo Kirk, 63, pleaded not guilty to the amended charge of operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $600, charged $85 in court costs, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended, and her driver’s license was suspended for six months.

Catherine Elizabeth Finch, 58, forfeited a $50 bond, $35 in court costs for overtaking vehicle on right, improper passing.

Dewell Brian Beavers, 44, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Anna Lynn Fruechte, 24, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. She was fined $250, charged $85 in court costs and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 19 days suspended and credit for time served.

Charles Martin Rate, 72, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for careless driving.

Donna M. Weaver, 68, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for following too closely, reasonable and prudent.

Ryan Keith Bacher, 43, forfeited a $50 fine and $35 in court costs for failure to stop at Invasive Species Management Area Check Station.

James Thomas Oliverson, 79, pleaded guilty to failing to give notice of accident by quickest means/apparent damage over $1000, first offense. He was fined $200 and charged $35 in court costs.
