POLSON — There will be no Thanksgiving dinner at the Polson Senior Center this year. The center will be closed on Nov. 26 and 27. Please use a mask and social distance if you come to the center. Remember that we cannot guarantee your safety if you participate in activities or meals, so use your best judgment.
Activities:
Exercise classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Mahjong is played on Wednesdays at 12:30 p.m. and Pinochle is played on Thursdays at 12:30 p.m. The veterans’ representative will be at the center on the first Friday and third Tuesday in December. The hearing clinic will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 4. See’s Candy is on sale at the center.
We serve lunch at the center, and offer take-out, and home-delivered meals on Mondays-Fridays (except Nov. 26 and 27) at 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. for $5.
A partial menu is:
— Wednesday, Nov. 25: ham sandwich, lettuce, cheese, pickled beets, pasta salad, pineapple dessert
— Thursday, Nov. 26 and Friday, Nov. 27: closed
— Monday, Nov. 30: taco soup, corn bread, green salad, mixed fruit
