Justice of the Peace Joey Jayne dealth with the following cases Sept. 20-Sept. 26:

Paul Steve Eberly, 31, pleaded not guilty to driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. He was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. He must complete the sentence within 60 days of sentencing, June 26, 2014.

Nadine Valerie Bruce, 71, pleaded not guilty to improper passing in no passing zone. She was found guilty and fined $50 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Benjamin R. Eisenman, 23, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid driver’s license. He was found guilty and fined $200 and $35 in court costs. Eisenman pleaded guilty to speed, exceeding restricted speed limit. He was fined $50 and $35 in court costs.

Donnita Luanna Dashnea, 62, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense. She was fined $400 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 179 suspended.

Rochelle Dawn Nelson, 27, pleaded not guilty to driving without a valid drivers license. She was found guilty and fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended. Nelson also pleaded not guilty to reckless driving, first offense. She was found guilty and fined $300 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 90 days in jail with all suspended.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for seatbelt violation: Ashley Nicole Eastman, 22; Michelle M. Borden, 47; Edward John Kienas, 45; Carson Anthony Chisholm, 17; David Arthur McConnell, 53; David Edward Funke, 64; and Jeremy James Pickering, 29. 

Dartanian Wolfgang Wade, 18, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit:

Lori Ann Clendenin, 44; Dodge Aaron Christopher, 43; John R. Tuttle, 64; Mark D. Wiltse, 56; and Kristing M. Pallant, 32. 

William Conrad Halliburton, 38, pleaded not guilty to criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $100 and $85 in court costs and sentenced to 180 days in jail with all suspended.

Patrick J. Erickson, 43, pleaded guilty to failing to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle, owner or operator, first offense. She was fined $250 and $35 in court costs and sentenced to 10 days in jail with all suspended.

The following individuals forfeited a $20 bond for speeding, exceeding restricted speed limit: Joan Delores Claessens, 72, and Christy Cheff Houle, 43, 

Cora Lee Mcelwain, 50, forfeited a $40 bond for speeding on non-interstate, exceeding day limit of 70 mph.

Kari Miller, 52, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for speeding, exceeding restricted/special zone speed limit.  Miller also forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for failing to have a child under 6 years old and less than 60 pounds properly restrained.

Valerie Bartell, 30, forfeited a $50 bond and $35 in court costs for operating with expired registration, failure to reregister.
