Sapp family fundraiser planned

POLSON — Vera Sapp is a cancer survivor and was cancer free for the past seven years. Unfortunately, her cancer has returned in a much more aggressive strain. While consulting with Vera’s surgeon, Ron Sapp, her husband, suffered a major heart attack requiring immediate open heart surgery. We are asking for your support in assisting the Sapps with medical, travel and other expenses arising from this tragic turn of events. There will be a spaghetti dinner and silent auction on Feb. 1 at the Elks Lodge (1695 Main St.) in Polson, from 4:30-7 p.m. Adult meals are $10 and children 10 and under are $5. There will be “What About Bob” karaoke following the meal. Tax deductible donations and contributions can be made at an account set up at First Citizens Bank EIN: 83-275455. Financial donations or auction donations may be dropped off at: PayneWest Insurance, 424 Main Street, Polson, MT 59860. For more information contact: Becky Essex at 406-407-0629 or Beth Brasher at 406-250-9242.
