Editor,
I am writing to inform local Polson residents that their input is requested at a public forum to be held at 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 25, at the Polson High School library. The focus of this meeting is the PHS re-roofing project.
John Norton of Temp Right, Missoula, will present multiple options regarding replacing the mechanical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.).
In addition, Dan McGee of McKinstry, Missoula, will describe the Polson School District application for a Quality Schools Grant associated with this roof project.
The objectives of this meeting are (1) to present the four HVAC options regarding the PHS re-roofing project, (2) to provide community members with the opportunity to give input, and (3) to gather support for the Quality Schools Grant.
Please take advantage of this opportunity to express your opinions and to offer suggestions to school district staff and board members.
I encourage you to talk with your friends and neighbors and invite them too. Thank you.
John Laimbeer
