St. Luke dinner benefits charitable projects
RONAN – The 15th annual St. Luke Community Healthcare Foundation Dinner is on Friday, Sept. 11, at the Ronan Community Center. A no host cocktail reception is at 6 p.m. and dinner is at 7 p.m. There will be live and silent auctions.
Your support benefits charitable projects of the Foundation. Tickets are $75 each and can be purchased by calling 406-528-5262 or 406-528-5324 for reservations.

Sign-up on library card day
RONAN – People of all ages are invited to get a new library card or update their contact information on this special day, Sept. 16. Coffee and doughnuts will be served from 10-noon, and lemonade and snacks from noon-7 p.m. One ticket for a special prize drawing will be given to each person completing or updating a library application. Learn to resolve workplace issues
RONAN — The Mission Valley Sub Network of the Missoula Businesswomen’s Network will have their season opening meeting on Sept. 17, from 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Lake County Community Development Building, 407 W. Main Street. Speaker for the meeting is Judy Preston, owner of Skill Builders. She specializes in motivating and inspiring leaders to build sustained success. Her topic will be “Courageous Conversations at Work.” Learn how to approach relationship and performance difficulties as opportunities to resolve workplace issues using professional, courteous and meaningful communication. Free screening done at annual Child Find
RONAN — Mark your calendars for our annual fall Child Find event on Friday, Sept. 18, 2015. This free screening will be held at the K. William Harvey Elementary School in the preschool classroom from 11:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Children ages birth to five years old, who live in the Ronan/Pablo School District will be screened. Quilters offer classes
RONAN –Mission Mountain Quilt Guild meets at the Terrace Lake Community Church, (formerly the Alliance Church), in Ronan, on Terrace Lake Road.

Celebrate local food, support LCCDC
RONAN — A celebration of local foods will take place at Mission Mountain Golf Club on Sept. 19 from 6-10 p.m. This classy-country, family-friendly event is a fundraiser to support Lake County Community Development Corporation. Ronan Library closed for Harvest Fest
RONAN – The Ronan library will be closed on Sept. 19 in order to host a booth at Harvest Festival. At the booth, people signing up for a new library card or updating their information will receive a small prize. Books will be offered for a voluntary donation. Stop by and say hello.
