POLSON — A St. Ignatius man was committed to the Montana Department of Corrections for a total of six years and three months with five years suspended on a burglary charge. Judge James Manley announced the term during a sentencing hearing at District Court in Polson on Oct. 27. Alex Patrick Finley Sr., 58, was convicted of burglary by way of a plea agreement reached Sept. 1 that dismisses one count of assault with a weapon.
