On behalf of the Army Ordnance Detachment in Camp Buehring, Kuwait I want to thank the good folks of Polson for the care package we received.
We received a box of magazines “Magazines for Troops” and card from “Grandma Johnson” and would like to reply in gratitude.
Dear Grandma Johnson,
Thank you so much for the card, it brightened our day. While we have been pretty safe so far this deployment, a few sprains and bruises aside, we did enjoy your card and the box from “Magazines for Troops.” We too look forward to being back home where we can join you in singing age-old hymns and celebrating Christmas in public without fear of retaliation. We gladly sacrifice in the short term knowing that we are furthering the cause of freedom, justice and liberty in the long term. Our unit is from Madison, Wisconsin, but if we ever get out to Montana I will definitely try to visit scenic Polson. Take care and God bless you and your family.
