Polson man sentenced to 10 years in prison for child sexual abuse

Raymond Finley Jr., 42, was sentenced in Lake County District Court last week to 20 years in the Montana State Prison with 10 years suspended after pleading guilty in January to one count of child sexual abuse. According to court records, in the months of July and August 2017, Finley used social media to solicit sexual images of a 13-year-old girl identified as “Jane Doe.” Finley is also alleged to have tried to entice the juvenile into meeting in person and possibly sharing marijuana.
